Stepping Stones to Success

As I was reading Success Magazine’s interview with Arianna Huffington, the above quote resonated deeply with me. Success does not mean never having failed. All successful people have stories of failure along the way.
Many people associate the success of individuals with being “lucky”; however, I’m sure if they were to interview each of these “lucky” individuals, they would find these people also had their share of roadblocks, failures and tough times along their path to success.
The difference is that instead of allowing these roadblocks and failures to sideline them or cause them to give up on their ambitions, they learned from their failures and continued on to reach their goals.
Failure is not something to fear, it is something to embrace! It teaches us valuable lessons if we will only learn from them and not give up.
Failure does not define you, but it can reveal your character. Will you quit because you fail or will you learn from the experience and go on?
