Find Your Vision

th 4

Do you have a vision for your life? What things, when you were younger, did you dream of doing or becoming? Do you remember them?

Many of us get lost on our path to what we dreamed of being as a child. Life, parents, friends and others started to shape our minds, telling us we should be more “realistic” with our ambitions. Somewhere along the way, we lost our vision and just started being.

The truth is, many people, by the time they reach adulthood, do not have a real vision for the lives. They are remain in survival mode and forget to dream. You should not just live a day-to-day existence with no vision for your future. You should have a definite goal you are reaching for. A vision of what you want your life to be.

I have been guilty of this. Once I got married and we started our family, my vision and dreams all centered around being a wife and mother. I lost my vision of what I wanted for myself and focused on what everyone else’s vision for their life was.

I decided this summer to change that and I started writing again. I also started my own business with Young Living.

Yesterday, I saw a great video by John Assaraf and I wanted to share it with you.

Not everyone will have the same vision for their life. Not everyone wants the same things. Your vision will be different from my vision and that is a great thing. But keep in mind that once you have that vision, you must take steps to bring it to fruition.

Educate yourself on what you need to do. Learn and become what you need to become to succeed.

If you don’t have a big enough vision for your life, start hanging around people who do. They will inspire you!

Have you found your vision yet?
