Why Real Butter Is Healthy For You!

Are you one of those people who have given up eating real butter and instead, eat something similar called margarine or a “butter substitute?”

Stop!

There is nothing wrong with eating good, real, organic butter. Everything in moderation right?

Do you know what you’re eating when you are consuming margarine or low-fat substitutes? Chemicals and fillers to try and help that product taste more like the real thing. Do you really want to put more chemicals in your body?

I don’t.

Some people are vegan and don’t use any animal products and I understand their reasoning for using a substitute.
