Couch to 5K – Week Two – Redo!

Since my husband was out of town almost all last week, he didn’t get a chance to keep up with program (I think he did two days). Therefore, we are repeating Week Two before moving on to Week Three.

So far, so good as far as any injuries/pain goes.

I’m still loving my Vibram Five Finger shoes. No pain. No discomfort. Twice while we were running, my husband got a rock in is new shoes, I have not had that problem with mine.

We’re officially moving up to Week Three on Saturday, so next Monday I should have a better update.
